How It Works

Wait for AI analysis
The AI analyzes the image and identifies the species. This usually takes 5ā10 seconds.
Review results
See the best match with a confidence score, plus other possible species. You can also ask follow-up questions about the identified plant.
Photo tips
For the best results, photograph the plant in good lighting. Close-up shots of leaves, flowers, or fruits help the AI make more accurate identifications.
Identification Results
Each identification shows:
- Best match with confidence percentage
- Scientific name and common name in your language
- Other possibilities if the AI found multiple candidates
- Link to the plant in the Plant Encyclopedia for more details
Ask Questions
You can optionally add a question when uploading, such as:
- "Is this plant toxic to cats?"
- "When does this plant bloom?"
- "How much water does it need?"
The AI will answer your question alongside the identification results.
