American Mannagrass

Glyceria grandis var. grandis is a perennial grass grown as an ornamental plant. It prefers full sun and medium water, growing to a height of 0.6–1.5 meters. Suitable for clay, loamy, or sandy soils, it thrives in USDA zones 3–9. This non-evergreen grass is not fragrant, does not attract pollinators, and is not toxic.
