Black-eyed susan

Rudbeckia oconensis is a perennial ornamental plant from the Asteraceae family, commonly known as Black-eyed Susan. It prefers full sun and medium watering, growing to a height of 0.6–1.2 meters. Suitable for USDA zones 4–9, it blooms from July to September with yellow and orange flowers. The plant thrives in loamy, sandy, or clay soils. It is not fragrant but attracts pollinators.
