Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. Change or cancel anytime. Canceled subscriptions run until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my gardens when I downgrade?
Your gardens are preserved. New plan limits apply only to newly created gardens or when adding content over the limit.
How does the 7-day trial work?
New signups choose a plan during onboarding. Stripe securely handles card setup before the workspace opens.
Why is the CZK price different from EUR?
CZK prices are adjusted for local purchasing power (PPP) so Plantory stays accessible in the Czech market.
What payment methods do you accept?
Via Stripe: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Invoice billing available for annual plans.
What does unlimited plants mean?
On Enthusiast and higher there is no cap on how many plants a garden can hold.
