Asplenium

Asplenium nitidum, commonly known as Asplenium or spleenwort, is an evergreen perennial fern from the Aspleniaceae family, grown as an ornamental. It prefers full shade and medium water conditions, suitable for USDA zones 7–10. This fern typically grows to a height of 0.2–0.5 meters and thrives in loamy, peaty soils. Its glossy fronds add texture to shady garden areas.
