Betula fargesii
Betula fargesii, commonly known as Farges' Birch, is a deciduous tree that prefers full sun and medium water conditions. It can grow to an impressive height of 10–20 meters. This ornamental tree blooms with green and yellow flowers in April and May. It thrives in loamy, clay, or sandy soils and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. It does not have a fragrance but attracts pollinators and is neither toxic nor evergreen.
