Buckthorn

Rhamnus rectinervis, identified as Buckthorn, is an ornamental shrub that thrives in full sun and requires low watering. It grows to a height of 1–2.5 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. The plant blooms from May to July with green and white flowers and prefers clay, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It is not fragrant, attracts pollinators, is non-toxic, and not evergreen.
