Catalpa

Catalpa sect. Sinoca, commonly known as Catalpa or Trumpet Tree, is an ornamental tree from the Bignoniaceae family. It requires full sun and medium water, thriving in USDA zones 4–9. This tree can grow quite large, reaching heights of 10–20 meters. It blooms with white flowers in the summer months (June, July, August) and prefers loamy, clay, or sandy soils. It is beneficial for pollinators.
