Currant

Ribes khorasanicum, commonly known as Currant, is an ornamental shrub that thrives in full sun and prefers medium watering. It grows to a height of 1–2 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 4–8. This deciduous plant blooms in spring with white and pink flowers and prefers loamy, sandy, or clay soils. It attracts pollinators but is not fragrant, toxic, or evergreen.
