Anthocleista grandiflora is a tree-type ornamental plant from the Gentianaceae family. It grows in full sun with medium water needs, reaching a significant height of 5–15 meters. This species is suitable for USDA zones 7–10 and produces white blooms in July and August. It prefers loamy or sandy soils.
