Hibiscus

Hibiscus richardsonii, commonly known as Hibiscus, is a perennial ornamental plant from the Malvaceae family. It grows to a height of 1–2 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 5–9. This plant thrives in full sun and requires medium watering, growing well in loamy, sandy, or chalky soils. It blooms from July to September with pink, white, and red flowers. It attracts pollinators and is not fragrant, toxic, or evergreen.
