Holly

Ilex embelioides, commonly known as Holly, is an evergreen ornamental shrub from the Aquifoliaceae family. It prefers part shade and medium water conditions, suitable for USDA zones 5–9. This shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5–3 meters and blooms with white flowers from May to September. It thrives in loamy, clay, or peaty soils and attracts pollinators.
