Nightshade

Solanum hasslerianum, commonly known as Nightshade, is a perennial ornamental plant that thrives in part shade and prefers medium watering. It typically grows to a height of 0.6–1.2 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. The plant produces purple and white flowers from July to September and prefers loamy, chalky soil. It is not fragrant, does not attract pollinators, is not toxic, and is not evergreen.
