Allium sochense, commonly known as Onion in English and Zwiebel in German, is a perennial ornamental plant from the Amaryllidaceae family. It prefers full sun and medium water conditions, growing in loamy, sandy, or chalky soil. This plant reaches a height of 0.3–1 meter and is suitable for USDA zones 3–9. It is fragrant and attracts pollinators.
