Rosemary

Rosmarinus officinalis, commonly known as Rosemary, is an evergreen shrub belonging to the Lamiaceae family. It thrives in full sun with low water requirements, making it suitable for arid conditions. Growing to a height of 0.6 to 1.8 meters, it blooms with blue and purple flowers from spring through late autumn. Rosemary prefers sandy, loamy, or chalky soils and is hardy in USDA zones 8-10. It is highly fragrant, attracts pollinators, and is not toxic.
