Serpent tree fern

Cyathea serpens, commonly known as the Serpent tree fern, is a tree-type ornamental plant that requires part shade and high water conditions. It can grow significantly tall, from 5 to 15 meters, and prefers loamy, peaty soil. It is suitable for USDA zones 7–8. Its blooming information is unknown, and it does not produce fragrant flowers, attract pollinators, or contain toxins. It is not evergreen.
