Sloanea hemsleyana is an ornamental tree that thrives in full sun and requires medium watering. It grows to a height of 8–15 meters and blooms with white flowers in late spring (May-June). This deciduous tree prefers loamy, sandy soil and is suitable for USDA zones 9–11. It attracts pollinators.
