St. John's Wort

Hypericum podocarpoides, known as St. John's Wort, is a shrubby ornamental plant that prefers full sun and low water conditions. It grows to a height of 0.5–1.5 meters and blooms with yellow flowers from June to August. This plant is suitable for USDA zones 5–9 and thrives in loamy, sandy, or chalky soils. It attracts pollinators but is not fragrant, toxic, or evergreen.
