Stickseed

Hackelia subdecumbens is a perennial ornamental plant in the Boraginaceae family, typically growing 0.4–0.6 meters tall. It prefers part shade and medium water, thriving in USDA zones 5–8. The plant blooms from June to August with blue and purple flowers, preferring loamy or sandy soil. It is not fragrant, but it does attract pollinators and is not toxic or evergreen.
