Sugarcane

Sugarcane is a tall, perennial grass species belonging to the Poaceae family, characterized by its thick, fibrous stalks that store a high concentration of sugar. It thrives in full sun and requires medium watering, growing to heights of 1.5–4 meters. This ornamental grass prefers loamy, clay, or sandy soils and is suitable for USDA zones 8–11.
