Tongue Fern

Elaphoglossum williamsiorum, commonly known as Tongue Fern, is an evergreen perennial in the Polypodiaceae family, grown for ornamental value. It prefers part shade and medium water conditions, thriving in loamy, peaty, or sandy soils. This fern typically reaches a height of 0.4–0.8 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. Its distinctive tongue-shaped fronds add unique texture to shaded gardens.
