Turnera violacea
Turnera violacea, or Violet Turnera, is an annual ornamental plant that prefers full sun and low water conditions. It grows to a height of 0.3–0.6 meters and is suitable for USDA zones 5–8. This plant blooms from July to October with striking violet, purple, and yellow flowers. It thrives in sandy, loamy, or chalky soils. It is not fragrant but attracts pollinators, is non-toxic, and not evergreen.
