Xanthosoma

Xanthosoma caracu is a perennial ornamental plant in the Araceae family, typically growing to 0.6–1.5 meters in height. It thrives in part shade with medium water requirements and prefers loamy, clay, or sandy soil. It is suitable for USDA zones 7–11 and is not fragrant, does not attract pollinators, is not toxic, and is not evergreen.
