Xiamen Acanthus

Acanthus xiamenensis, known as Xiamen Acanthus, is a perennial ornamental plant that thrives in full sun with medium water requirements. It typically grows to a height of 0.8–1.5 meters and blooms with white, pink, and purple flowers from June to August. This plant prefers loamy and clay soils and is suitable for USDA zones 5–9. It attracts pollinators but is not fragrant, toxic, or evergreen.
